Do you work with both plaintiff and defense counsel?
Yes. Dr. Arkena L. Dailey, PT provides expert opinions for both plaintiff and defense across personal injury, workers’ compensation, and medical malpractice matters. The analysis never bends to the side that retains it.
Is every engagement conducted remotely?
No. Consulting, record review, report preparation, and many expert services can be supported through a secure remote workflow. Any in-person examination, appearance, or clinical physical therapy service is evaluated by engagement and must comply with applicable jurisdictional, state licensure, compact privilege, and practice requirements.
How quickly can you complete a conflicts check?
Conflicts checks are typically completed within 48 hours after the initial inquiry, once enough party and matter information is available. Please do not submit PHI, medical records, confidential, or sensitive case information through the general contact form.
How are fees structured?
Specific amounts are listed on the Rates page and labeled by hourly rate, per-case starting rate, minimum, or quoted scope. Final fees depend on complexity, record volume, deadlines, deliverables, and signed engagement terms.
